I was visiting from Florida and stopped by Coffee Bean with my sister and dad. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile by the staff, which immediately made us feel welcome. Kevin was incredibly helpful with my drink options since it was my first time there. He took the time to explain things and made great recommendations. Miguel made our drinks, and they were always perfect. I ended up stopping by every morning during my visit and was honestly sad to leave. Thank you, Kevin, for the amazing hospitality and to Miguel for the great drinks. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

This Coffee Bean in Toluca Lake serves excellent drinks and has some of the friendliest staff around. The store could use a bit of remodeling, it feels a little outdated, and parking isn’t the easiest. Still, it’s a reliable and welcoming spot for a quality coffee or tea break.

I am from Florida. We are staying near Universal Studios… The quality of coffee is incredible… The staff is funny and a lot of fun… The speed of service also incredible thank you so much. Came in at just the right time on a Thursday got a four dollar Frappuccino… I have told everybody at the hotel…

My husband and I came in here this evening with our Aunt after a night's Valentine's Day dinner and we came in to get a couple of coffees and tea and my favorite seat is the wellness tea to my surprise the party said was more than willing to make a free tea for me and my aunt's because my aunt's name is Nancy and she felt really bad about the other Nancy that has gone missing in Arizona and also that my aunt is very close in age as well God bless the party stuff for caring and being so kind

Another clean and cozy CBTL location. Not the biggest indoor dining room, but they have outdoor seating. Parking is limited but free and available. Great service on a Monday night from Steve and Blad. Attentive and professional. Competent and efficient. And as always, my Americano was excellent. 5 stars.

LOVED. IT. This was my first time. I had the Cherry cold Brew tea - let me tell you - it was DELICIOUS! I also had a cheddar jalapeno bagel toasted with cream cheese and it was tasty. The vibe was great. It wasn't too crowded. I will definitely visit again.
